U NETZSCH vakuumskom otplinjaču mikronizirani plinovi uklanjaju se iz tekućina širokog raspona viskoznosti. Primjenom VTR principa (vakuum – tanki sloj – rotacijski proces) moguće je obrađivati različite proizvode poput tinte za ofset tisak, šampona, kao i razne druge slobodno tekuće smjese.

Kapacitet obrade ovisi o proizvodu i viskoznosti te se može kretati od 500 do 4000 kg/h. Ovaj se stroj može koristiti za otplinjavanje manjih količina iz izmjenjivih spremnika u šaržnom načinu rada, kao i većih količina u kontinuiranom radu.
